“The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. Increible!!!”

Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...
