It is a good hotel to stay and location is quite good. The facilities are quite good but some parts of the property looks quite old and needs to be upgraded and painted for better outlook. The breakfast is good but can be improved. I want to particularly commend Rejoice for her excellent service.

Hotel to avoid until it will be renovate

Room outdated, doors close to break, slow wifi, bad foods, ridiculous breakfast, dirty walls.and dirty carpets.Worst Accor hotel that I visited. Peoples are nices. Accor should invest to renovate this hotel.

I came with a very high expectation when Novotel was recommended to me. However, I was disappointed that the facility seemed to be in average condition and some of the facilities were not operational e.g. swimming pool. I also did not like the internet speed which hindered my work which made me leave a day before my checkout date. The telecom in my room was so bad, I could barely hear the person on the other side and the buttons on the telephone did not have legible numbers. On the positive side, the receptionist was quite graceful and was willing to make me feel very comfortable. I like to specifically mention Jane who did an excellent job cleaning my room. Not to mention Precious at the restaurant who despite my many demands was gracious enough to always meet my all of my requests.

Overall, a good hotel, particularly as it relates to security, meals, and the supportive and hardworking staff. However, the hotel needs a general upgrading - rugs, ceilings, and the lift - one was not working, and the second lift could not take you from the ground floor to the 1st and the 3rd floors - so, you used the stairs for these floors.

The hotel has been renovated and feels much improved compared to my previous stay. The rooms and overall ambiance are pleasant, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant service, as the staff seemed a bit unresponsive at times, possibly due to a heavy workload. However, if I overlook the occasional delay in service, the overall experience was positive. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

My stay at Novotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, Rejoice and the front desk team made me feel welcome and ensured everything about my stay went smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made a big difference throughout my visit. The room manager was also outstanding always prompt in answering any questions and quick to assist whenever needed. A special thank you as well to Mr Samuel and Tony for always keeping my room fresh, clean, and smelling wonderful during my multiple-night stay. Their hard work was truly appreciated. A special thank you to Peace from the restaurant, who was always smiling and making sure the service was the best every single day. Her positive energy made every meal more enjoyable. Lastly, I want to recognize the hardworking lady at breakfast who freshly prepared eggs for everyone each morning. She always made sure every order was correct, and I never once saw her make a mistake. Her smile, dedication, and cheerful spirit brought happiness to so many guests and made breakfast something to look forward to each day. Overall, the team at Novotel made my stay memorable with their warmth and excellent service. Thank you for making my extended stay so comfortable I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel requires significant renovations. The rooms emit a moldy and damp odor, and the towels are well past their "use-by" dates. Upon entering the elevator, I was immediately overwhelmed by a foul stench. I realized then that I had made a mistake in choosing to stay here. My decision was primarily based on the hotel's name—Novotel. There was no internet access throughout my five-day stay. I requested a refund after seeing the poor condition of the accommodations, but my request was denied, despite having booked the hotel on the same day I arrived.

I love the Hotel and stayed there for 7nights . But please do something about the entrance door and the lift . The lift is bad and the entrance door do not function properly. Beside that I love Novotel . Looking for a hotel with best security and quite place and nice place to enjoy . Just go over to Novotel, if you are coming from oversea and want a best place for security , please go to Novotel hotel . I was surprised with the area . . Please do something about the door . Staff’s at Novotel are top notch and the staff’s are extremely polite

I had a delightful time here!! One of the best hotels in PH I can bet. Very secure (3 levels of security checks for every car with a dog and an x ray machine for bags near the front door). In a hidden spot so there is privacy with a great view of the city. They have shuttles and a free breakfast buffet every morning with fresh fruit juice and on demand omelettes. They have a great pool and you can choose to sit outside during the day or in the evening near the pool. They have a nice bar area with plenty of drinks and a screen that shows sports. Their staff are all so helpful, professional and accommodating; from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I was very impressed with the free wifi, air conditioning, and how quickly power was restored when it would be switched off. They also have an international card reading machine so you can use your American card with no issues!! They have tennis courts and two elevators, with a restaurant that takes orders a La carte throughout the day until the dinner buffet in the evening (you have to pay for this- usually around $11K Naira). They have American foods and tradition Nigerian foods. My room was really nice and the bathroom was so cool! It fit all my needs and blew my expectations. My only detractors are that the carpet needs to be replaced because it is worn and dirty (in the room and the hallway on the 3rd floor). I did also wish they had microwaves in the rooms or located somewhere else. I’m not sure how that would affect the

Quick overnight stay

Stayed one night on a weekend, not very busy, could do with a coat of paint on the outside but the inside (especially the room) is nicely renovated, clean, well maintained, mostly everything worked, service was very responsive and staff very helpful. A couple of minor gripes: the phone in the room wasn't working but this was fixed within an hour, the TV in the room was too small for a room that size, and the elevators make a slightly disconcerting squeaky noise which really should be sorted out. Overall there are more luxurious hotels in PH but this is a very good option for location I needed to be.
