Positiivista: - Hieno hyvÀkuntoinen asunto aivan ydinkeskustassa palveluiden ÀÀrellÀ. - TyylikkÀÀsti sisustettu ja hyvin siivottu. - Erinomaiset sÀngyt ja tilaa hyvin 5 hengen perheelle, myös lapsille touhuta. - Lapset saa illalla unille alakertaan ja aikuiset voivat viettÀÀ vielÀ aikaa ylÀkerrassa. - JÀrkevÀsti hinnoiteltu. Negatiivista: - Ikkunat ja parvekkeet sisÀpihalle, joten jos haluaa nauttia maisemista huoneistosta kÀsin, niin tÀmÀ ei ole oikea vaihtoehto. - Kuumana kesÀviikonloppuna sisÀlÀmpötila ylÀkerrassa turhan korkea. Isommalle porukalle todella kiva. Tulimme Helsingin keskustasta lomalle, emmekÀ ole ikinÀ olleet nÀin huonosti ÀÀnieristetyssÀ huoneessa. Paikka oli mukava, mutta helpommalla olisi pÀÀssyt hotellilla. Aivain piti hakea ja jÀttÀÀ ihmeellisin ajoin tai piti maksaa ylimÀÀrÀistÀ, ja avainhaista oli vanhoja tietoja.
