5* service, 5* facilities. 5* food. Excellent family holiday. Hotel was busy during August but managed to find space and quiet as there’s so many things to keep kids entertained - it’s not just about the pool. Rooftop pool and beautiful spa are adults only so there’s something for everyone. Even around the family pool, the layout means there’s plenty of private areas to relax. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and both really varied - would happily have eaten there every night, but there is also the option of dine-around in the à la carte restaurants for added flexibility. Didn’t want to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to return in future.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Luxury Dubai hotel vibes. Everything for the kids- we didn’t manage to do it all. Highly recommended. My daughter is a celiac and they catered to her very well- very friendly and helpful staff and she had a lot of options. Beaches and pools were wonderful. Honestly just brilliant.

We were looking for an alternative all-inclusive resort to Turkey or Greece (so we can drive there vs flying). The potential for this resort is huge...it competes very well with the best. We stayed 2 weeks after it opened, and the staff and level of service was already excellent. We will certainly be back.

A fantastic family break for a week! The facilities are superb and accommodate for all ages: cycling, swimming, water slides, gym, treetop/go-ape adventure, beach, restaurants, gaming zone, arcade games. Plus local to the old town so a great area to walk, run and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well thought out with a breakout door for children and 2 tv’s. The rooms were kept clean by the service staff 2-3 times a day which was great. The only improvement point to not was it’s a new resort, so some of the processes were changing and staff were giving different versions of what was allowed and what not - example around all-inclusive and whether we could swap buffet lunch for lunch at one of the restaurants. Also pool bar charges for water, drinks and ice cream, though in doors in the family bar it was free. So some disconnects there that need to be aligned. Overall really enjoyed the stay and in a great location.

Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again.

kein 5 Sterne Hotel, nicht für Paare gedacht, sondern wirklich nur für Familien. Handtuch besetzen etc. notwendig. All-Inclusive auch eher ok, wenig Auswahl, immer das Gleiche, der Kaffee leider nicht gut. Das Haus selbst ist aber sehr schön, sowie auch die Anlage.
