“This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.”

Literal, no sé por qué la gente quiere quedarse en Londres cuando puede disfrutar de unos días en la campiña inglesa, teniendo el lujo a todo esplendor, el mejor desayuno que puedas probar. Un hotel con demasiada historia y al mismo tiempo, un precio tan accesible, podrías jurar que estás en un Four Seasons, pero estás en Audley's Wood, una cadena más hermosa y con más personalidad. ”

“Reception staff were welcoming and efficient, plenty of free parking, room was large, with all the normal facilities, fridge, bottled water, tea/coffee - including a fan. Hot so, with limited opening windows, on this occasion air conditioning would have been appreciated. Hotel facilities are excellent, nice bar, lovely spa and pool with none of that tired "around the edges" mould that you sometimes see despite the decent facilities - very clean. Good breakfast and efficient check out.”

“Parking was good and it’s a really nice little village, the accommodation was fairly clean but tired, the same can be said of the bar and restaurant areas. Not much chance of getting any sleep before about 11.30 pm due to drinkers in the outside area being very noisy. For the price it is okay.”

“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

“The room was spacious with a big bathroom, and access to a shared living room was an extra bonus. All of the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was great.”

“This is a good hotel for a stay of one or two nights. However, in general the building needs an update. Especially if I look to the price a paid for the room. The bathroom is clean but basic. The restaurant offers exceptable food. The breakfast is too basic (the bread is not good, nothing to choose, very basic and dry). The staff is very fiendly.”
