“We checked ourselves in and left a couple of hours later (no staff seen). I hadn’t realised I’d booked a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom was on first floor and we were on the second - we only saw one shower and 2 toilets for all the shared rooms. There’s half carpet in the standalone toilet, which is gross. The rooms themselves are fine, a bit rough round the edges. “Muy linda vista frente al mar. La habitación muy básica. Nos hospedamos una noche con un niño. Muy simple. Super chica la ducha. Cuando nos íbamos no teníamos donde dejar la llave. Justo llegó una persona que abría el bar y pudimos dejar la llave. La caja donde había que dejar la llave no estaba. Llegamos tarde y nos dejaron en un sobre la llave para poder ingresar a la pieza. Eso estuvo muy bien.”

“A wonderful stay in the middle of the countryside! Colleen and Griz were perfect, friendly, down to earth hosts and their recommendation for a local pub for food was lovely! It was also great to meet their dogs who were so keen to have a bit of fuss! Breakfast was stunning and freshly cooked. The room had a really comfortable bed and everything was clean and welcoming. We'd highly recommend Ty Mawr to anyone wanting a stay in the lovely West Wales countryside.”
