“Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, das Gepäck wurde ins Zimmer gebracht und man wurde persönlich bis ins Zimmer begleitet. Der Whirlpool bräuchte eine Grundreinigung. Für die großen Ameisen im Zimmer kann das Hotel nichts, dafür lebt man quasi mitten im Dschungel. Der Pool ist ok, wenn auch etwas klein. Alles in allem eine sehr schön gelegene Anlage mit Tieren, eigenem Bachlauf und hübsch angelegten Gärten. Frühstück ist überschaubar, kennen wir deutlich besser....

“Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset.”

“Its was an ok experience… its very far from anything so you need to book and arrange for transportation a day ahead if you want to go anywhere. ”

“Loved our stay at Phuoobfa Resort, the people that run it are so lovely. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcome. They even got us a gift at the end of our stay which was so kind. Our bungalow was clean and big, we got fresh towels and there smokes everyday really brightened our mood. Will be back for sure!”
