“The property looks nothing like the photos. The swimming pool is inside the restaurant not outside like shown in pictures. The standard rooms are quite small with no views of the outside. The hotel is kind of inside a small shopping center. However the sit out area on the 4th floor is nice. The female receptionist is nice though the male receptionists were not helpful when there was no internet for half a day. Special thanks to Benny from the restaurant who was so nice and helpful.”

“good”

“We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...

“Cleanliness of the property is very very high standard. Everything was clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice they provide one fasting preparation. I enjoyed my stay.”

“La piscina estaba medio vacía y el afua verde, asi que no pudimos bañarnos. Tiene buenas vistas, al fondo se ve el mar. La comida estaba buena y las habitaciones limpias. El personal es agradable. No ofrecen cambio de moneda.”

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.”

“Great staff and clean rooms. A bit away from amenities and need to take a taxi to get anywhere.”

“Very good”

“I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay”

“We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. However during the next few days this was sorted out by the staff and it was lovely to have it back in use - not a...
