Pros: The location was ideal, near the Plaza las Delicias and many restaurants. Convenient free parking on the street. The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for 4 adult travelers. The price was reasonable. Cons: Water temperature swung wildly between scalding hot and unheated which made showering uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and crud was visible in the corners and baseboards. It did not have the niceties that make travelers comfortable, such as bedside lights or hangers in the closet.

Loved that place has 3 separate bedrooms with queen beds. Cuz i hate apartments that says fits a lot of people but is in bunk beds. the ceiling is really thin and there were a lot of pigeons on top so if you’re light sleeper it sounds really clear in the morning so it will wake you up. And the small windows needs a curtain as well although small lets in a lot of light in the morning. But had a great time just some pointers

Nice vintage building. Friendly & responsive staff

The stay was good for our trip purpose. The apartment was clean. Rooms had A/C. Main apartment area do not have A/C but one of the room's wall have enough space between it and the ceiling to allow A/C to cool down the area. No elevator, so it is a great opportunity to get your cardio. Building looks old and not so well maintained, but at the same time that unintentional vintage look has a kind of nice effect. Floors are not even, not sure if it has to do with some kind of expansion on the vinyl covering the floor. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Hola, buenas tardes. En general, por el precio que pagamos estuvo bien. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes. En las mañanas había mucho ruido desde muy temprano, lo que dificultaba descansar. Además, tuvimos problemas con las palomas, ya que caminaban sobre el techo y hacían bastante ruido. Constantemente veíamos caer plumas del techo y también había pequeños insectos que nos picaban, probablemente debido a la presencia de las palomas. Por último, el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación tampoco funcionaba correctamente. Pero, por lo demás, todo estuvo bien. Además, quiero destacar que cada vez que enviábamos un mensaje por WhatsApp, siempre recibíamos una respuesta rápida y muy amable. Eso lo apreciamos mucho. Muchas gracias.

Great place and the staff was awesome , the kids loved it and the location was the best part . We stayed a whole week and it wasn’t too far from the Beach and a waterfall. I can’t remember the name of 💪💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏 we will definitely stay there again

I stayed for one night with my family of 5. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The building is old and something outdated but this doesn’t bother me. It’s spacious and the location is great. There isn’t a lot of self parking spaces so I purchased a $10 a day parking pass.

Las instrucciones indica que hay parking disponible, pero NO es verdad, según la persona que hablé por teléfono muy amable de hecho, me indicó, que el estacionamiento es afuera en la acera, así que tuve que pagar $20.00 por dos estacionamientos que ellos mismo ofrecen con su encargado llamado Miguel.
