“It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.”

“Friendly staff! Room was huge but outdated. Nice location”

“After a long travel, I really had a good rest staying at the hotel especially with a loved one. The room is clean and cozy the staff are nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the food too.”

“Overall, place was neat and clean, but I don’t understand why don’t they put a curtain in the shower. Everything next to shower gets wet, specially with me, cause I am tall. A shower curtain should be part of a restroom. The soap is so xx-small 😂😂😂.”

“A great place to truly relax if (and only if) you enjoy the outdoors. You'll be up in the mountains with plenty of fresh air and delicious food prepared by the staff. However, be aware that the city will not be near by (so, plan in advance). For nature lovers this is a MUST do! Side note - working the shower's hot water can be a little tricky.”

“Nothing”

“Always good as usual rooms etc clean location is good as is air conditioning Pool is ok as well”

“Do not stay here. They have parties in the function room at night. The music is so loud you will not be able to sleep. Plus we got sick from the breakfast. Sure, the staff is friendly but they do nothing about the noise.”

“amazing location , walking distance to 2 malls!!! Just around the corner from Manny Pacquiao’s mansion”

“The road to the resort is risky.. Especially on rainy days you can get stuck there.. There is no mini fridge. And the mattress is only a small thin foam mattress, not recommended for foreigners..food was very good.. They have no backup generator when the power goes out... It's great if you're traveling on the budget.. But I would recommend other resort near by..”

“The facility and the rooms need to be refurbish, the locator is quiet and safe. The best part is that employees customer service are excellent.”
