He helped bring our luggages to our room, booked dinner reservations and even dropped of a bottle of their wine to our room. The property was very clean and the breakfast had a very good spread. Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness standard of the room. I woke up with many small red, itchy spots on my body that I did not have before my stay. I only fully realised the extent of it the following morning, and I am concerned they may have been caused by bed bugs.
