Room was clean and functional with excellent Aircon. Balcony was good size but we did have a family room. Parking was a little hit and miss as it’s street parking. Staff excellent. Pool is small and made worse by children being allowed with inflatables preventing any chance of swimming lengths. Good location to shops bars and restaurants and beach

Had a fabulous stay here. Hotel has been newly renovated so everything is really clean and fresh. Great breakfast options and Short walk to the beach. The only downfall was we had a late arrival and there was no one at reception to show us to our room. We had to walk around in the dark and try figure out where our room was which was tricky to find at night as the room entrance was outside the actual hotel.. other than that it was a really good stay and I would recommend!

The apartment we had was of a decent size and as it was on the ground floor we had access to the private garden area. Pool area was nice and peaceful. Plenty of loungers to the size of the hotel. Breakfast had a really good variety to include samples of local varieties too. Staff were very happy and friendly in an authentic manner. Proximity to the beach was excellent, within minutes stroll with useful convenience shops on route. The hotel was well maintained and pleasant environment. The only thing was the air conditioning in the bedroom of our apartment wasn’t very effective which was challenging in the heatwave climate. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

A sweet hotel. With lovely staff. Well decorated. For me the area was a little odd, overlooking residential homes and a huge hotel / spa. We had a ground floor room facing the road (203) which left us with regular morning noise from bin trucks and staff. Coffee was honestly appalling. Undrinkable. Breakfast was fine otherwise. More of a 2-3* hotel quality than a 4*. Pool and pool area were great. Clean. Always plenty of spaces to sit for us. Beach a close walk. I wouldn’t book again, but would say it’s probably pretty good within the area.

The property is immaculate first off. The location is fabulous just steps from the beach, awesome live music every night, plenty restaurants you can walk. Free Parking. But what sets this place apart is the staff who went out of their way to help up retrieve our lost airline luggage. The breakfast was excellent, better than our recent cruise ship…well attended. No elevator but all in all it was all we wanted.

The hotel has just been refurbished, when we arrived and for the first couple of days, there were still workmen on site going about various jobs. We were initially surprised at this but all were very polite and apologetic about any noise they were about to make, and really didn’t disrupt our stay at all. The hotel is in a great location, set back one road from the beach and a little out of the centre (10 min walk) so very quiet and private compared with the beachfront hotels. Our room was very clean, with large ensuite & shower, and balcony facing the sea. Breakfast was fantastic - with a wide selection of fresh fruit, yogurts and breads as well as English, Continental, and Mallorcan choices. The pool was perfect - a good size, very clean, with plenty of numbers and umbrellas available. The only downside was that it didn’t open until 9am, (it would have been nice to swim before breakfast) but as most guests didn’t start to appear before this time, it probably made sense - the pool maintenance was carried out every morning before opening. Fresh towels were available any time for use by the pool, and fruit-infused water available from a dispenser. Check in at reception was via a self-service computer, but the staff at the front desk immediately helped us with this so it wasn’t a problem at all. If you didn’t want to walk to the town centre, there were bars, shops and restaurants in the road leading to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Overall the hotel was good, very basic in terms of what it offers such as room size, breakfast, entertainment but a great location! If you are someone who uses your hotel to just sleep in and start your adventures then this is perfect, The lady who serves your breakfast is lovely every morning. My only one bad comment would be that the bar man refused and was very rude about providing us hot water, our room did not come with ketal. Other than that I’d recommend this place, a lovely quite location!

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
