“Friendly staff”

“Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. ”

“Nice location, comfortable room, nice views, good Wifi connection, average breakfast”

“A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. “Estuvimos muy agusto , el personal muy agradable y la cena en el pub muy bien ”

“The hotel was beautiful and our room was large. We got here early and our room was ready but they asked for a £20 fee to go in early … we couldn’t understand that . Apart from that all was good . Nice continental breakfast.”

“La habitacion muy caliente, limpia y todo lo necesario (galletas, cafe, te)”

“The room was clean. The bathroom light didn't work and we were told we would have to use the communal bathroom instead. Couldn't open the window. Room had air vent from kitchen outside window.”

“Liked because, being a single woman there, the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was clean and the food was good, and I felt safe.”

“Clean room and helpful staff”

“Stayed whilst riding Southdowns way (mtb). Bit of a detour (8k) but not to bad. Excellent large room. Great breakfast provided in-room and excellent Thai dinner. Very fresh and generous portions (set meal). Lovely and helpful staff.”
