Disliked: Amenities
The rooms are good and spacious. The staff too is helpful but there are a few things which is expected from a hotel. 1. A kettle is needed in the room at all times. 2. Iron board and iron is needed in the room 3. Drinking water should be provided everyday. It was only provided once during check in. 4. Hotel windows need to be clean since it has guano. 5. Hotel need to have adequate umbrellas to offer the guests.

We recommend the Toscana Ambassador to everyone, as we had a great experience with its cleanliness, hospitality, friendliness, and an extraordinary breakfast, with excellent service from Ada & Julia and the rest of the crew, from the front desk to room service. If you ever visit Poggibonsi, Tuscany, stay here with no hesitation.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff

Very nice hotel with modern rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast had a good selection and there was cold free water in the room for us at check in. They let us check in earlier than booked which was great. Close to the train station, 10-15 min walk, for this using public transport.

Good Location and value for money.

The stay was good, staff was really nice and friendly. Location is good 30-60 mins drive from major attractions. I would not rate the hotel as 4 star may be 3.5. As it had just basic facility.

This hotel was very suitable for our 2 night stay. It is fairly modern, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the so called restaurant was non-existent during our stay but fortunately we could find dining options nearby. There's also a local supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay again.

Nice stopover. Staff friendly and polite. Room was very nice but some parts of the rest of the hotel looked a little tired. Short walk into town where we had a great evening at a local restaurant.

An okay hotel, but a bit neglected facilities that could use some modernisation. Staff was friendly and nice breakfast, but the rooms feels a bit dusty and out of date. Nice area though with some good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff took great care of us. Found us a late night taxi to take us to and from wedding at wine villa. Served Beers after bar was closed (fyi— the bar was never open). Made up the room even with do not disturb on door. Easy, close parking!

There is no restaurant or cafe on the property. No room service. We reached late and we're hoping to order in after a long tiring day but no options. Room was comfortable. Internet was very slow. Breakfast buffet was good. No taxi service, hotel concierge helped us book a private taxi for return as we had a lot of luggage. Train station and bus stop close by. If you intend to travel to Florence or Pisa, this may not be most appropriate location due to the distance. Overall the hotel worked well for us.

several disappointing issues during my stay. The air conditioning was poor — I had to go to the front desk just to get it turned on, and even then it barely worked. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the room had a strange smell that made it less pleasant. On top of that, the walls or doors seemed poorly insulated because I could hear everything happening in the hallways. Overall, it did not provide the comfort or rest I expected.
