Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a spa service. They put real care into making her feel special, and seeing how happy she was meant so much to me. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The Russian-speaking staff made my mother feel especially comfortable. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. Zeta set the bar so high that the places we stayed afterward had a lot to live up to. I would absolutely recommend the family suite, and we would love to return. The only tiny hiccup was that YouTube on the TV didn’t work very well with Android; connecting with an iPhone seemed easier. It didn’t affect how wonderful our stay was.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près des restaurants et des attractions touristiques. La rue piétonne est au coin de la rue! La station d'autobus est à 500 m. Il est très facile de ce déplacer en autobus pour visiter les villes environnantes à très peu de frais.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a parking garage with decent space if you have a car. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. They also have a restaurant on the street level with good food and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to friends
