Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far short of what we expected from a supposed 4-star property. The hotel itself looks old, dated, and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was not up to the standard you would expect. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made getting a good night’s sleep difficult. The food was another major disappointment. It lacked flavor, was often served lukewarm or cold, and overall was not enjoyable. One night, my husband even experienced what appeared to be food poisoning after eating at the hotel. The drinks were also so bad that I couldn’t even finish one. And on top of all that, the room-service system makes absolutely no sense. Room service is not included, which is frustrating enough considering how poor the food is. But if you do order room service, you have to physically go down to the front desk to pay for it. Who thought that was a good idea? It is incredibly inconvenient and one of the most ridiculous room-service policies I’ve ever encountered. The staff experience was inconsistent. Some employees were genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately, others were rude, dismissive, and condescending, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. As for the 4-star rating, I honestly do not understand how this hotel qualifies. Based on our experience, I would rate it closer to a 1- or 2-star property at best. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the disappointme

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more special. We especially want to thank Josue and Priscilla for their incredible hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were there to assist and made sure our family was well taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. For our first family vacation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely return to Grand Palladium Punta de Mita!
