“Pro: staff is great, as good as it gets Cons: there is no way that this hotel has gained an “excellent” score according to most guests. As others mention, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, huge stains all over the carpet on the corridors, dubious cleanliness, and the dirtiest water pool I’ve ever seen. ”

“The accommodation is amazing and in a very secluded area so transport or using grab is a must but well worth it for the peace and tranquility ”

“Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up.”

“I booked and paid for 4 nights. I left after one - paid for alternative accomodation and forfeited what I had already paid. The property was very run down and I felt unsafe. It was about 500m off the main thoroughfare. At the start of the overgrown, unlit road in was a derelict building that was scary itself. Even the Grab drivers were confused as to whether there was accommodation down there. My room was a container - quirky but not when the air conditioning running at 16 degrees centigrade...

“Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better.”

“would stay here again no problem. large room with a balcony with a nice view which was a bonus. 25min walk to shops and bars. 20 ringgit grab ride to beach / resorts world. check out the blarney stone bar for sports. nice atmosphere”
