“The room was excellent and clean. The balcony was a nice place to take some time to relax and watch the people go by. The outside was very nice and colorful. The parking was tight when we arrived, and the manager went out to find cars that should not have been parked in the lot due to the proximity to the ocean. He addressed the issue and called our room when he had the parking situation fixed. The staff was very pleasant.”

I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that.
