Vacations Close To Wallis Sands State Beach

Excellent as always.

The hotel grounds are extremely well maintained; the views of the water and benches to relax on are fantastic! We had a great stay with our two teenagers. It was out of the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful place!

Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. This time we wanted to try something different and we decided for the Raffles Boston. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. Good thing it was fix the next day (after we reported it to the front desk) but we didn't sleep well for one night out of the three we stayed there. 2- on our third day of the stay the valet parking took 50 minutes to get our car. The valet ticket states expect times of 20-30 minutes but 50 minutes is too much time. 3- On the second day of the stay we selected for the room to be clean at 11am when we left the room, when we came back at 2:30 the room was still not done. We had to report it to the front desk. Is this little things that add up that shouldn't have to happen especially in a high end Hotel. We had to complain multiple times to the front desk about AC not working properly, room not being clean when we selected it to be clean while we were out and the cherry on top the valet parking taking almost one hour to retrieve our car. At the end, we are going to continue to stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton.

Excellent experience

The Fairmont Gold level is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the way on line booking to the upgrade section, it was seamless. At check in, Kevin, got my room ready even though I was 6 hours early. Later that day, Kadija was accommodating to my request without any hesitation.
