Too many great things to say about this resort!!!!! Staff was amazingly friendly and professional. Every meal was an experience of fine dining. Great pools and the private beach was well kept. Plenty of extra circular activities from yoga to spa treatments to beach volleyball. We will definitely be visiting Valentin Imperial Rivera again.

This resort has excellent food. The rooms are clean, cold, and very nice with comfortable beds. One thing we especially enjoyed was all of the entertainment. It was so much fun hanging out at the main pool during the day and the nightly shows were amazing as well as the bands and DJ that performed after.

Fabulous all inclusive resort. Everything is clean and up to date. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was well above average for this type of resort. After being a twenty + year fan of Sandals resorts, I do not think we will return to them after visiting this resort. This is our new place for the foreseeable future. If you have any interest in history or archaeology, I highly recommend an excursion to Chichen Itza. Just be prepared for the heat and humidity.

Wonderful hotel. Grounds are beautiful, all the staff is super helpful. We went on off season so not too crowded. All the restaurants were very good. We especially enjoyed Sairey as part of the go team and the imperial band was AMAZING!! Be aware no matter what building you are in there is going to be quite a bit of walking
