Second time here and the staff are all friendly, resort is spotless and plenty to do. Short walk to Playa Del Carmen or there a little shopping village to the south. Water actives on site, the drinks and the food are great.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Lupita at the front desk sent a special gift to the room because we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and neat. Hotel was very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Pools were a little warm but still relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay.

Everyone at this establishment was extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming, fun, and sincere. My daughter and I had such a wonderful trip. And, the best part about this establishment was you can visit the other Riu resorts when staying at this one so we went to dance parties at some and pool parties for others! It was a memorable trip. I highly recommend Riu Palace for vacationing.

The property was beautifully maintained and the service was excellent. Traveling with children, the outdoor pool area are made it easy for everyone to find what they need on their own. We would definitely be returning to a RIU resort.

The Resort was amazing and provided provided everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience. The staffs are very attentive and very helpful in our needs during our stay. You will never go hungry or run out of alcohol drinks as its provided free. The pools are nice and the beach is right down the a couple of steps from the pool area.
