This place is a little Gem, just tucked up a side street but close to everything. Pool on rooftop was great, room had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. A quiet hotel for those who want a relaxing stay. I would definitely go back.

The hotel is in a great area. Faith avenue is right around the corner. Lots of restaurants and shops walked by distance. Very clean and big bed.

Room was cleaned most days of the 5 day stay. Breakfast buffet was good - we stayed for 5 days and it was the same food every day. Had cash stolen and hotel only refunded 50 percent.

Such a nice hotel in Playa Del Carmen. Staff is very friendly. Natalia was great. She helped with everything we needed. Room is unique, sexy and comfortable. Rooftop is such a vibe! Loved the Open Bar on beers. Close to 5th Ave which is close to everything.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times they only give you a sheet on the bed as a blanket. The pillows are horrible. The rooftop pool was closed and found two cockroaches.This property is going downhill from the first time I stayed

A lot of roches. Hotel in construcción they star making noise 8 am. Hotel very low quality. Dirty and desorganize. I would not stay there again. No pool.

After showing them multiple confirmations, they still couldn’t find our reservation and told us no resort fee perks and whole roof bar and pool closed. We left and went to another bad hotel next door for 1 night and then booked a higher price hotel for 2 week stay.
