This is an excellent resort and our 2nd time staying. Large resort without being overly huge. The entertainment crew is top notch. Variety of restaurants to choose from. We were here last year and they have only improved the experience. We had a swim out room. Everything was fantastic! Highly recommend!

A truly 10/10 experience from start to finish. The Platinum Yucatán Princess delivered the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service. The spa experience was phenomenal, especially the two-part treatment, easily one of the highlights of my trip. Missing mini bar when arrived ,the safe was not working,the room assigned was not the same in the picture description when I booked the hotel ,was only 30% occupancy,so no too many people and restaurants available per night,the animation staff was fun and friendly,also the staff from the bars ,pool bar ,lobby bar very nice people and friendly,so kind and fast making the cocktails .

The rooms were very nice. A very much needed dehumidifier is needed in every room as everything feels wet all the time. When asking for dehumidifier, the Congiere desk said, we only have one, I replied, REALLY!. THE food was Great! The pools are the BEST! I would return to this resort in a heartbeat!! Princess you are OUTSTANDING!!

Property was really nice and clean!! The bar at the pool closes around 6/7pm. But there are other options. Iguanas and raccoons are heavily on site, but they don’t bother you. Resort staff were really nice, respectful and accommodating. They also speak fluent English! Very relaxing resort! Only thing, book your excursions before hand, and coordinate transportation. One of the excursions guys on site will charge you extra, if you’re not paying attention!! Food is OK, for an all inclusive!

Great personnel, great ammenities and intertainment program - especially the Foam Party on Saturdays! The only slightly negative thing is the quality of in-house wines (included in the all-inclusive plan) which weren't of a good quality, but it wasn't critical. The great word on the draft beers served at all bars and restaurants in this hotel!
