Love the resort , super fun . I wish they have a hot tub without a special permit to the spa , that option should be a basic for a 5 star resort .

This is my 2nd visit. The staff are friendly, clean facilities, abundance of fresh fruits and huge selections of food in the buffet. We went in early September so it was off-season however there were still quite a few people there still. We felt like we were in our own huge villa. I highly recommend this property. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice resort clean and well taken care of , only issue AC didn’t work well , we told front desk 2 days into trip and they called day before we were leaving to switch our room at that point we were leaving next morning, food and restaurants were great as well as the entertainment, and shuttle to 5th ave is nice to have

The maintenance in the rooms need some work. My safe didn’t work, the paint or liner in the tub was peeling, the drain cap was mis-lodged , my sisters room had a broken toilet paper holder. I enjoyed the stay but I think the rooms need some work. The staff was nice.

This is an excellent resort and our 2nd time staying. Large resort without being overly huge. The entertainment crew is top notch. Variety of restaurants to choose from. We were here last year and they have only improved the experience. We had a swim out room. Everything was fantastic! Highly recommend!

A truly 10/10 experience from start to finish. The Platinum Yucatán Princess delivered the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service. The spa experience was phenomenal, especially the two-part treatment, easily one of the highlights of my trip. I arrived looking for an unforgettable getaway and left with memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!
