Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones.

In general, the hotel is clean and employees make sure you are enjoying your stay. Rooms are ok. Nothing out of this world. Everything is thinking for the best experience of kids, and obviously that's the reason we chose this hotel. However, food was simply ok. Not to the level of hotel it promotes or the money you pay. The main attraction is the water park, but it was so packed of people coming with a day pass. Food at the water park is not good at all. Drinks are 8/10. The schedule for the restaurants are not convenient due to the lay out of the hotel. I mean, there's no where to have breakfast in the morning in the room building. Nothing open after hours. I'm glad we had this experience, but I don't think we'd coming back again.

Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation at the Nickelodeon Resort Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The water park, pools, and character experiences were absolutely worth it—our kids had the time of their lives, and there was always something fun to do. The standout surprise was the sit-down restaurants. Every meal we had there was excellent, with great service and delicious food. They definitely exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the buffet. While it offered plenty of variety, the quality and flavor just didn't compare to the à la carte restaurants. It wasn't terrible, but it was the weakest part of an otherwise amazing stay. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend the resort to families with young kids. If the buffet were improved, it would easily be a perfect vacation destination.

This hotel has everything. Great adventure water parks, different for all ages, lot of amenities, and loads of lifeguards making sure people are safe. On the evenings there is some nice activity in the area too. And during the days, the Paw Patrol figures are there for free footage with the family, and other great activities during the day too. Just make sure to look on the schedule and decide for what you want to do. Room is very nice and clean, and as our youngest had his birthday just a few days before we arrived, we got a nice banner on the door with "Happy Birthday" message. Always staff nearby to help. Restaurants are great, our being the burger restaurant the favorite. The waiter recommended a lot of great dishes through the visits, and the food never disappointed.
