The photo don’t do this properly justice. It’s huge!! Take a day to walk the property and explore the surrounding area outside the beach and pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. I didn’t get a chance to make a reservation for the restaurants but I was surprised at how good the buffet was and enjoyed everything they served. The food variety was great and delicious. I stayed 4 nights and it was better than expected! You won’t be disappointed!!

Pretty property and good staff. The have a coati problem and they are everywhere. On the beach they would get aggressive trying to take your food (we saw multiple families trying to scare them away). This property is beautiful, but massive (so get ready to walk a ton). The beach location wasn't great and not a lot of people wanted to swim in the ocean here. The shower stunk so bad when you would turn it on (like sulfur), and we never get sick at the Iberostar Waves Tucan location (always careful to not brush our teeth with the faucet water), but 4 in our group got sick, so something at this hotel isn't being cleaned well enough. We won't be going back to this location.

We loved the pool it is very nice it could have been a little cleaner. We loved the food in the little mall that was unique. Seems like they had a problem with the long tailed cats being a nuisance. Did a rally good job cleaning the rooms every day. The sales people on the beach came by about every 25 minutes all morning long there could be less. I would recommend this for families.

Second time to stay at this resort. Huge property fairly well maintained. It has a lot to do. Plenty of bars and activities. It even has a shopping center on property. The food could have been better is my only gripe but there are plenty of dinning options.

Enjoyed all of the wildlife. Beach setup was great! Pools were hot and dirty. Not refreshing at all. Expected better food at buffets and restaurants at this level of resort. Have been to many AI resorts in Riviera Maya and food was much better at less expensive resorts like Sandos, El CID, Riu. We paid to up grade to Lindo from Beach for the AC at buffets and lobby bar but felt food quality/AC was lacking overall.
