We really enjoyed our stay. We took full advantage of all the amenities. Mosquitos were really mean this season tho. Food has always been hit or miss at all the resorts I’ve stayed in. My family and I love “Flavor” and it just seems catered to those who like bland food. However, the restaurants made up for the buffet.

The staff was great and the resort was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the variety of food available and the locations where dinner is available; no one wants to walk to the main building everynight for dinner when you stay closer to the beach.

The room was beautiful! We had a pool accessible room and it was wonderful! My husband and I were pretty disappointed in the food, the best thing there was their diy pasta. We made reservations at one of their Mexican restaurants wanting authentic Mexican flavors and it was very disappointing. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from our room. Pack bug spray! We paid $30USD for a 3oz can at the resort. The whole experience was a 8/10 (-2 pts for food ONLY). We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Woke up with multiple bug bites on my legs and arms. All inclusive resort charges for room service coffee. Coffee shows up barely warm 45 mins later Staff were very helpful and nice, manager was not helpful and didn’t care to hear my concerns. The buffet breakfast and lunch was great. Dinner buffet was underwhelming. The cold station meats were not good

Loved our time here. Aaron and Javier were awesome bartenders at swim up bars and treated us like family. Rudolph and Perez were also great at the Brazilian restaurant. Awesome vacation will be repeat customers. Only reason for 4 star was the beach seaweed.
