However the mattress was way too firm for me so I didn't sleep, but my husband had no such complaints. The sofa was too low and uncomfortable to sit on too. “We weren't really sure what to expect when we booked Summerhill Motor Inn, given it was one the older looking venues in Merimbula. I can definitely say we were more than happy with our booking. The Inn was spotless!! Our room was immaculately clean, the bed was great and the pillows just fantastic. So much so we asked the owner where can we buy them!! Absolute value for money!!”

“If you like to talk to people at reception or have issues fixed promptly, then do not stay here. There was no working smoke alarm (open with battery out). When i had issues with tv i rang the help desk and was hung up on twice. (it went through to the help desk). I would not stay here again.”

My only gripe is the very unfriendly groundskeeper who decided to leaf blow around the cabin and around the deck,as we’re sitting on it with a nice Valentines breakfast. “One night away with myself and daughter for a beach trip. We did not liaise with any staff so could not really rate that appropriately. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean, great location, easy parking and seamless check-in. The business spans over two large properties. We were opposite the holiday park.
