Justin our helpful and professional desk manager was lovely. He was a real problem solver and attentive when we called to sort out an issue with our room thermostat. He even tried to quiet a boisterous crowd that had taken over the lounge area making it difficult for other guests to sit and enjoy the space. The staff were excellent from the room service staff to the front desk and breakfast staff.
