For the money, Brisa Oceano is a great place to stay in Placencia. Very close to pretty much everything Placencia has to offer (including municipal pier and tours), very friendly, accomodating staff, good tap water, great water pressure, beach, free kayaks, and more. There were some issues with the room itself (doorstops in bad places, tight quarters in some areas) but overall, Brisa Oceano was great.

Wonderful stay at the Brisa! The rooms are thoughtfully designed with quality finishings (hardwood and natural stone throughout) and the staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions of what to do and arranging transport. The resort is perfectly located in the heart of Placencia but doesn't feel crowded. The beachfront itself is well-maintained and there are free kayaks and bikes to use as well. Highly recommended!

The condo was beautiful, clean, convenient to everything in town, and the staff was wonderful. We also loved the meals at the resort. On warmer days, enjoy direct beach access and sea kayaks, and bikes were also available. The concierge also set up and personally guided one of the best snorkeling days ,with local area knowledge. Our stay ended with a very comfortable, included ride to the municipal airport. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location and ambiance. Access to beach was great. 3 bedroom ocean view unit rooms were large and nicely decorated, but show a bit of wear and tear. Each room was keyed separately, and one lock was hard to use (rusted up maybe?). But was just a minor inconvenience. Absolutely would stay again!
