Pittstown Vacations

The staff was great. Location was great. We booked one of the more newly remodeled rooms and it was fine except for a poorly functioning AC unit. It was not an AC but more of a fan. We were there during a summer heatwave so it was very hot in our room u less you were standing directly in front of the AC unit/fan. The staff was very responsive and sent the engineer to check our AC multiple times but it never actually worked. So, we were hot.

The room was fine, clean and had everything we needed. The elevator was an issue. Super long waits , like 30 + min (regardless of time) other than having to take the stairs a lot our stay was ok.

Well located, nice rooms, couldn't fault the cleanliness. We never tried the free breakfast, mainly because the queue was always too big. However the issue this creates with elevators was irritating. We were on the 27th floor and between 7 akd 10am, one of the elevators is closed down to be used to take guests to the restaurant. This causes a lengthy wait to get around the hotel.
