We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel- it was clean, quiet, welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were greeted by Mr. Ray at the front desk who was incredibly helpful, warm and efficient. The room service staff were also polite and attentive. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no microwave in the room, but a shared one was conveniently available in the lobby. Overall, a great place to stay for everyone.

If you are visiting the University of Pittsburgh this is the place! We could walk to the information session in less than 5 minutes. Rooms were neat and quiet. Ray at the front desk was great - made us feel welcomed and cared for after a 10 hour journey. Will stay there again for sure if our son goes to UPitt.
