Our king bedroom with pullout sofa room was awesome with full kitchen, included cutlery and utensils. We stayed for 6 days and had the continental breakfast every morning and used the guest laundry too twice. Very convenient location with prepaid self parking

This location was amazing with a lot of parking. First our room had a toilet that didn't flush then no hot water. HOWEVER, the very friendly staff sent maintenance for the toilet on day one and on day 2 let us shower in a another room until ours was fixed. I just wish we didn't have to call at all and it would have been perfect!

Perfect location for going to baseball game, could not have been closer! Spacious, clean room. Wonderful staff, left my phone in the room and they were quick to retrieve it and help get it returned to me. Would definitely stay here again.

While the breakfast and staff was excellent, the room needs updating. The bed needs to be replaced. The hotel does a nice job in supporting customers, I just feel being right next to ballpark and a walk to football stadium is gets overused and other customers abuse the rooms. While the main area was being worked on to be redone, the rooms need it as well. Super convenient to all the areas/walkable.

This is an older hotel, but the location to downtown is excellent. There was some remodeling and updates going on at the front desk and entry area. The breakfast area was also being remodeled so we had breakfast in a temporary room (however, it worked great). The breakfast staff was amazing. Everything was filled and there was a good variety of breakfast items. The rooms were a little outdated, but like I mentioned earlier, this is an older hotel. I can there are updates being made. We were happy with the location and felt safe in the area. We would stay at the Residence Inn in Pittsburgh again if we were back visiting this area.

The hotel was perfect. Great room right across the street from the park. Lobby and beautiful outdoor space to hang with friends and watch everyone coming to the game, before we head over. I booked the perfect room. Or so I thought. As soon as I got there, they shut down the front door and closed off the entire lobby for remodeling. (Why a hotel across from a ball park would remodel their lobby on one of the busiest baseball weekends, I will never know). Lobby, outdoor area off limits. My room was above the work, so it was loud during the day. On the last night, the AC broke (I am guessing due to the construction). Hotel could do nothing for me because I booked through Expedia and not a real customer.” Before the last night, room was beautiful, I loved it.

This building is under construction so they have a make shift breakfast area. Friday we had Sausage and scrambled eggs they were cooked and in a pan and kept warm, coffee, two toasters bagels or bread, pastries, waffle maker, boiled eggs, cereal and boxes of milk and juices, yogurt. On Saturday they had jimmy dean frozen breakfast sandwich’s and a microwave. There wasn’t an ice maker in the hotel and at breakfast they gave everyone warm small bottles of water. Also check in which is at 4 pm. At 4:30 we got to the hotel to check in and waited in line in a warm lobby for 1 hour to get to the counter for them to tell us only 1 bedroom rooms were ready and we’d have to check in later. When we got back after the football game at 10:30 we got our room.

Property is under renovations. Downstairs lobby had no AC and it was hot in the fitness room. The dining area was temp due to renovations so it was crowded on the weekends and empty during the weekdays... We had to change room because the door was not properly closing and there was no hot water (even if we let it run for a few minutes - per front desk). The new room wasn't much better, the HOT water was warm, even on the highest option (running water didn't work). Room service was mentioned to be every other day, we stayed 5 days and not once did they come to clean the room (we didn't have a sign on our door) I had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was great, variety of choices. They could at least deep clean the rooms pull out sofa (a few times a minth), the cushions were a bit dirty and spotty lookingOver all it was OK, not what I expected for a Marriott Property for sure.
