Vacations Close To Hatfield Ice Arena

Older building had some water issues and could hear the plumbing in the walls. Close to airport and staff was great. If you need to utilize the shuttle it was good.

Housekeeper was tight on towels, supervisor wasn't helpful, lie and said she would bring towels, never did, counter person didn't asked me about breakfast, when I checked the hotel I thought it was breakfast included.paid to park and the gate stayed up and I paid to park they didn't tell me that gate was broken, but they took the money.

I think guests should be informed about the incidental hold before arriving for check-in. It was frustrating to find out at the front desk that a $400 hold was required before I could receive my room key. This information should be communicated clearly during the booking process so guests can plan accordingly and come prepared with the appropriate payment card. Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the check-in experience was stressful and could have been much smoother with better communication beforehand. I hope management considers making this information more visible to future guests.
