Great location for the tower , the room was clean and well presented and the air con was really efficient given it was the attic room. Shower was powerful for a top floor room however the shower head needs some attention. Overall a great stay x

The staff were really lovely at this hotel. We stayed in a triple ground floor room which was a bit tired looking. Could benefit from a bit of updating. The common area/bar was very small. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was excellent, less than a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and leaning tower.

One of the best experiences we’ve had, with truly amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay, and the two receptionists were always available, greeted us with great attitudes, and responded promptly to all of our questions and needs. Their excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.

Our room was lovely and air conditioned but there was a hook closure missing on one of the doors to the balcony. Also there were some ants coming in off the balcony too. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine but the hairdryer doesn’t work very well. Overall it was a lovely hotel and the breakfast was delicious.

Villa is an old building with charming character but bear in mind would not suit all as no lift and stairs in all areas . Good location for Pisa tower even a view from our window. Very helpful staff and great breakfast. Room was clean but the shower had some mold smell and needed a bleach clean. Parking was onsite as advertised and spacious but the access is very narrow, not advisable for wider cars. Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely return, very close to all the attractions and the hotel gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Great place.  If you are coming to PISA, stay here.  Less than 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the vibrant restaurant and shopping area. Rooms are really nice, comfortable beds and come with a large bathroom.  Hot water and great water pressure too!  Lovely host, Francesca greeted us and handled all of our requests at check in!  Parking on site made the 1 day excursion to Pisa a pleasant and fun experience.  Lovely outdoor seating and dining too. I feel lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend this place!
