It was easy 10 min walk from train station and so easy to get into pisa town centre ,immaculate clean inside and met and shown around by helpful staff /owner i would stay again top marks all round .

Budget friendly stay in accessible location

A smooth checkin and pleasant room. We only had one night so it was a short stay, but budget friendly and a comfortable sleep. Convenient for the airport and train station, a 25 minute bus to the main attractions.

This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night.

We didn't realize when we booked that this was an Air B & B. No matter, it was clean and very spacious. The room was great, and it was so well air conditioned — which really mattered during the heat wave! This was my first time to spend the night in Pisa, and I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood where the room was located. For an American it could give a vibe of being in a less than safe part of town — but that vibe would be wrong! We walked around a lot and the area is very safe, and very central. There is a little cafe on the corner that was great. The owner of the room was very helpful, and we loved the shared kitchen / dining area with plenty of space in the fridge to keep our drinks cold.

Met the owner after a call and got the keys and tour. The property is clean and maintained with rooms around a shared space. You can hear other people in the shared space. The location is very convenient to the airport and central station as well as sights in Pisa.

Federico, the host absolute best I’ve had. Room was big and clean (room number 2), distance from airport walkable even with luggage and 20 mins from city center. If you want to have nice time and have good place to visit Pisa and other cities (3 min from train station) you can’t find a better place with better host.

The owner met us outside the building and helped us with our luggage. He was really lovely. The room was great - we had the triple room. Good bathroom, air conditioning. Big fridge in the main area. Coffee machine and table and chairs. 8 min walk from Pisa central train station. You can walk there and get the 1+ bus straight to the Tower of Pisa.

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the airport, which makes everything very convenient. This is not a hotel, but a shared accommodation with four rooms connected to a common seating area. The shared space is well-equipped with a coffee machine, tea maker, and refrigerator, which is very useful during the stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything felt comfortable. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. If you are planning to stay in Pisa, this place is definitely a great choice.

This place was a Wow! What a great find. The owner/manager was excellent. Communicated well. Asked me to message when my train arrived and he was at the place in a few mins. Everything inside feels new and clean. Shared kitchen was great. Coffee pods were quality. Good aircon in room, excellent bathroom, shower, facilities. Cannot think of a single thing to improve. Well done!

Boendet ligger i ett lägenhetshus väldigt nära tågstationen, väldigt flexibel med incheckningstider och boendet för väldigt fräscht och rent. Lite lyhört när dörrar öppnas utanför dig men inget som påverkade oss någonting.
