Untrustworthy and Unprofessional

הנה ניסוח של חוות דעת שלילית באנגלית (עד 1500 תווים): ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at Santa Marina. I booked two family rooms through Hotels.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, only one room was available. The staff told us they would arrange accommodation for us elsewhere and eventually placed us in a small double room in a nearby guesthouse – even though we were four people. We had no choice but to accept it and pay €100 for that night. After 4 nights, when we checked out, I discovered that the hotel had also charged me for that same night at their property – even though we did not stay there. I immediately complained and asked for a refund. The staff promised to reimburse the €100 I had paid to the guesthouse, but the money was never returned, and no refund was ever issued for the extra charge either. To make things worse, I was never even properly checked in at Santa Marina. I did not leave a credit card for incidentals or authorization. Despite that, the hotel charged my card without permission for both bookings, even though the rooms were under two different names. This was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Not only did the hotel fail to provide the rooms I had reserved, but they also charged me unfairly and broke their promises to reimburse me. I cannot recommend this hotel.

im Santa Marina Resort und waren wirklich rundum begeistert. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, modern und sehr gepflegt. Alles wirkt hochwertig und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Der Pool ist einfach mega und die wunderschöne Aussicht macht das Ganze perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team. Egal ob Rezeption, Service, Koch oder Reinigungskraft, wirklich alle waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Besitzer sind ganz tolle Menschen, sehr herzlich und gleichzeitig professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls top und man merkt, dass hier sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst und wir können das Santa Marina Resort von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sauber und noch recht neu. Nettes Personal. Es fehlen noch ein paar durchdachte Extras um das Bild auf 5 Sterne abzurunden, wie z.B. weitere Sonnenschirme und Liegen am Pool - es gibt 9 Häuser, aber nur 5 Liegen - und eine Markise auf der Veranda der Häuser. Frühstück war ok, Obst war leider manchmal schon etwas drüber.

Ce est pas une prestation de luxe. Personnel qui passe devant votre chambre sans arrêt, pas de serviette de piscine, il faut aller en demander une. Bruit des enfants. Compte tenu du très faible nombre de chambres le Adult Only serait bien venu. Avoir du calme est pas possible avec des enfants qui jouent et crient à la piscine.

Eccellente struttura di nuova apertura. Tutto praticamente perfetto. Nei dintorni non ci sono spiagge di rilievo ma basta spostarsi di 30 min in macchina e si possono trovare angoli stupendi di mare greco. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto valido.
