Estrutura razoável, tive que trocar de quarto duas vezes por problema de manutenção, além do café da manhã não ser realizada a reposição de itens que acabavam. O hotel não tem estrutura na parte de café da manhã de receber caravanas, como foi o caso nos dias da minha estadia. Faltaram bastante itens para reposição no café da manhã, por causa de uma caravana de romeiros que tomaram café antes. Sem estrutura para receber tantas pessoas. Infelizmente a estadia poderia ter sido melhor no quesito manutenção e café da manhã.

O quarto parecia que não tinha passado por limpeza adequada. O banheiro tinha cabelos no lavatório e não tinha papel higiênico. Como as janelas não tem isolamento acustico, você ouve todo barulho da rua. O café da manhã com poucas opções.

Descarga sem água

Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar. Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável.

Muito boa estadia, cheguei no meio da madrugada e foi de muito fácil localização, gostei da equipe que me recebeu. Acesso ao quarto muito bom e direto. Hotel novo, quartos confortáveis, staff atencioso. Porém, o estacionamento é minúsculo e o carro ou fica no recuo ou na rua. Área de café da manhã acanhada e o mesmo não é compatível com padrão 3 estrelas. Para um feriado prolongado, com grande ocupação, percebe-se que a equipe do hotel não está devidamente dimensionada e preparada para a alta ocupação. Mais indicado para viagens de trabalho.
