Horrible stay I am disputing the charge!!

We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible..

Um bom hotel, bem localizado, mas uma reclamação séria: Cobraram duas vezes minha estadia. Dizem que serei restituído mas ninguém conversa comigo. Mandaram uma msg que a devolução pode ser em até em 2 faturas. Mas o débito foi feito instantaneamente. Apenas enviam msg pelo WhatsApp. Já pedi para alguem ligar para mim, mas infelizmente fui ignorado. Minha principal reclamação é a falta de atenção, com uma simples ligação telefônica.

Reservamos (eu e minha esposa) uma estadia de 5 dias. No 3 dia solicitamos o serviço de quarto para uma "geral" na area de toillete, etc. Avisamos o pessoal da Recepção, dizendo que iriamos nos ausentar por algumas horas. Para nossa surpresa, ao retornarmos, nada havia sido feito. Deixamos uma reclamação com eles. E a reitero aqui tambem. Se nao tinham um pessoal de limpeza disponivel, que enviassem um feedback por Whatszap (ja que a comunicação é feita por esse canal exclusivamente via BUDGET). A demais as instalações estão "OK", salvo para a posição do ar condicionado que nao atende a circulação ideal do quarto. Cafe da manha perfeito! Decoração perfeita! Localização perfeita!

- café da manhã cobrado a parte, mas valeu pela qualidade e quantidade; - quarto pequeno mas atendeu ao que precisávamos; - sentimos falta de mais ganchos para pendurar toalhas (só 01 no banheiro); - a iluminação é boa para fazer maquiagem; - só haviam toalhas de banho, de rosto não; - a pintura da parede ao lado do vaso sanitário estava manchada, não sabemos se teve algum vazamento ou se era por umidade do banho; - não sabemos se o sistema de exaustão do banheiro funcionava; - uma das luminárias da cabeceira estava danificada (pendurada) mas ainda assim acendia; - acabamos não usando, mas há cortesia de uso da academia Smartfit ao lado; - no estacionamento do subsolo falta um espelho para melhorar a visibilidade nas rampas; - há goteiras nos estacionamento do subsolo; - elevadores rápidos; - pegamos uma boa vista para as montanhas; - tem cortina blackout; - dá para ouvir um pouco o som do quarto ao lado.

Quarto não estava limpo não tinha toalhas não tinha travesseiros extras no hotel e as 6 da manhã dispara o alarme de incêndio, um alarme falso e ninguém do hotel sequer explicou ou se desculpou. Os quartos não tem telefone para ter contato com a recepção . Péssima experiência nem parecia estar em um hotel de uma rede tão renomada.
