“The room needed a lot of tlc we were down graded to a room what looked on to a rubbish dump and paid top price because we could not walk upstairs”

“Not enough staff, room was dusty lampshades above bed dirty! dirty walls in bedroom, hair on bathroom floor, entrances carpets floor,lifts dirty, rubbish everywhere,not enough bars staff, breakfast awful . More like a 1 star hotel. Rundown hotel.”

“Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains”

“We love the breakfast freshly cooked from the menu, there’s continental from the buffet as well. Apparently need to do some improvements with the room conditions. The housekeeper didn’t get the rubbish from the bin inside the toilet for 2 days. Hotel located opposite to the sea with beautiful views. Free parking along the road after 6pm until 9am. There is public parking available around. On the average ok for the stay, spacious room.”

“Very clean apartment, staff were lovely and communicated effectively prior to and during the stay. Quick responses to messages and sorting out issues. Overall the stay was amazing. 💯recommend!!!”
