“Nice trip staff. Nice lake. But place needs a scrub down.”

“Great staff”

“The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. ”

“The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. “Agradable lugar discreto, limpio y bien ubicado, su personal muy atento y servicial, felicidades.”

“Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!”

Alternative would be room with windows to a noisy street. Room service is good. Can hear voices from the neighbour room.”

“Very clean and spacious ”

“The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. Plenty of chilled water machines on site, the aircon worked very well in the room, the pool was good but needed some daily cleaning of leaves and bugs in the water; I am sure that is a never ending struggle. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful...
