This is a nice hotel. We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. We will stay here on our next trip to the Smokies.

My wife and I love this place! We love the breakfast and the location is nice and quiet. Very clean room and the staff was very nice and helpful. The balcony was a definite plus also. We traveled with our dog as they are a pet friendly hotel. We will be staying here again when we visit next year.

Located in a quiet area but close to everything. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They have laundry, ice, breakfast and smiling faces from the front desk to housekeeping. Absolutely coming back.

This was the second year in a row we stayed at twin mountain and again it was a fantastic time. The rooms, staff, cleanliness was superb. You are treated like family there imo. We stayed for 4 nights before heading to Myrtle beach and after the first 4 hours here we really miss the twin mountain touch and oersonality

Friendly staff! Pet friendly and very clean. I didn’t get the chance to eat breakfast due to running at Dollywood early mornings. Very convenient for being close to the start line!
