The room was clean and comfortable. There was room for a chair or loveseat which would have been nice to have. I don’t like having to sit on the bed.

Ours was only a one night stay. A convenient location with plenty of eating establishments nearby as well as the island a walkable distance. Only thing odd I found about the room was it it only had one chair at a desk and no comfortable reading chair in a king room. Did not eat the free breakfast but look like a good selection.

Liked that they had a walk-in shower even though we did not get Accessible room. We scheduled stay through Expedia requesting accessible king room. It failed to be correctly sent to hotel. They offered to move us to another room, but since we had a walk-in shower anyway we stayed where we were. Need more HC parking spaces in front. Had to park behind building. Accessing building wasn’t a problem and there were plenty of spaces. Problem would be if parking was full due to having to unload a walker and not having a wide enough space to maneuver between cars. Good location out of crowd. Breakfast was great. Lady preparing it was very helpful. Plenty of places to sit and eat.

Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.

The property was fine for the most part, the pool area was clean and well kept. The pool has a water feature, which was cool. The hot tub jets were weird, the shot upward and were kind of useless, but weird jets aren’t the worst thing. The negatives were that the bed was firm and a little lumpy. The coffee was also pretty weak. The main negatives were entirely on Marriott Corporate. If you book through a third party, check in is more difficult, especially if they update their systems. We also couldn’t use the WiFi because of this. The staff were extremely helpful, so nothing against them, but I wouldn’t book a Marriott through a third party again (this isn’t the first time it’s happened) and it soured my opinion of Marriott properties.

The hotel has a very good location, which makes it convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and appear to be well maintained. It would also be better if housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily.l. Overall, it’s a good option mainly because of its location.
