6/10 Okay

Room was on the 1st floor located near am entrance so a little noisy at times. Breakfast was ok, but dinning area was so packed we had to take our food back to the room to eat. Had multiple issues getting key cards to function properly to get entrance doors to open along with room door. However room was clean enough for our one night stay.

The lady that checked us in was so nice and very helpful the property was clean rooms where clean. Pool and hot tub area was nice. However the beds are rock Hard couldnt sleep on them our key card it took several fast swipess to get into the hotel and our room and our breakfast was room temperature. Had some men watching my 17 year old daughter and 15 year old niece the last night we was there in the pool. Told front desk at check out. Hope they put cameras in the pool area or something.

Clean room, friendly staff, indoor pool, however the bed was too firm, bed pillows were the size of throw pillows, door keys have to be reprogrammed every day, and they serve the same breakfast every day without alternating.

The check in process was quick and easy. The young ladies at the front desk were nice, friendly, and professional. The only thing with the whole stay was the marijuana smell going into the building we were staying in. The location of the hotel was fantastic and a short drive to Dollywood.

Don’t go by the pics cause it’s a lot smaller in person. The pool, the room, and how the room looks. We went by pics and were very disappointed when we got there. Breakfast was awesome lots to choose from! Staff was amazing! Will definitely go back.
