this is one of the better places I have stayed in (pigeon forge) staff was real friendly the room was great nice and clean. nice big towels and plenty of them. nothing bad to say about this place even the beds was nice and quite at night no one partying at the pool

Property was convenient to everything. The room didn’t look quite like the pics though so that was a bit disappointing. The bathroom door and knob looked like something from the 60’s. Paint was all over the laminate baseboard/floor boards. The place was clean but kinda sketchy. People like to hang out in the parking lot which made us feel a little skeptical about our belongings being safe. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was great. I’d stay here again but close to the office side not at the end. Rift raft seemed to gather at the end which did not use kid friendly language.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the bed was comfortable, the staff is friendly and easy check in. A bit noisy with people walking by the room, not much sound insulation. Rooms are pretty outdated, newer laminate floors but were dirty, tub had cigarette burn, room had a musty smell. Overall for the price, on a holiday weekend, if you are on a tight budget, an ok place to stay. Would not want to spend more than 1-2 nights there.
