Clean property, wonderful pool area with a kiddy pool and hot tub. Breakfast was AMAZING. Fresh fruit, real homemade potatoes, etc. They also have loaner bikes to ride along the paved river path - such a great touch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool area was great and the entire hotel was really neat. Felt like a retro vibe but the rooms were left clean and modern. The location is great to venture by the river with plenty of areas for your dogs to walk.

The property is very nice now that it has been updated. The room was clean, and check-in was easy. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. 5 stars for the food crew. It did not start until 7 am on the weekend, kinda late for early travelers, but the food made up for it.

The toilet was not flushed before our occupancy. And when we checked in, the desk worker told us that they were adding an “amenity” fee because we booked through Expedia. Pool & hot tub were drab and over chlorinated. Service staff were very friendly.

I am thrilled that the Ramkota finally got a much needed facelift. The owners had milked all they could out of the previous renovations. Room looked great and the was clean. The one annoying thing was they left about two spins worth of toilet paper on the roll and no spare roll. I didn’t notice until late in the evening and ended up having to go wait at the front desk to get one. Outside of that, the stay was pleasant.

Restaurant and bar inside is nice. Good pool with an 8’ deep end. Funky layout requires a map. Plenty of parking. Some rooms are close to the tracks. Close to the river. No bar soap.
