The property is far from being a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast buffet is below average, and facilities there are fit for mass tourism and never felt any luxury feeling. The only positive aspect is the size of the room and the balcony which felt like a consolation for the high rate you pay.

The food was not as good as I was expecting considering the cost of it. However, the staff was beyond helpful in making things special for my partner and I. We were able to try to spa, gym, and pools a little bit because it stormed the whole time but it would have been nice to know that things just look closed in the rain and not actually closed, we missed almost a whole day because everything looked shut down.

Very nice place for families or couples. We had fun but only because we were not walking to bars. Next resort area is on patong beach. Nice nice.balcony and pool view. Wish we went in the pool

Great beach front. Amazing staff and very clean property. Gym and spa are some of the best I’ve seen in resorts.
