I had a wonderful stay here. The space was large, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax right away. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed, and despite the size, it was impressively quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of comfort and convenience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Property location was far from posting. Inaccurate pictures on posting. Deceptive practices to obtain renters. Property management company goes through many persons- transfer of customers annoying. Communication through many people of multiple levels. No hand soap, no hand towels. Newer location- some grab and buggy drivers unfamiliar with location.

We had book our stay months in advance. On the day before check-in, the host reached out and mentioned casually it’s a 2 bedroom unit + 1 studio unit. We had booked a 3 bedroom unit, listed as a 3 bedroom unit. We were traveling with young children and elderly parents. Their response was “sorry”. We are need up not using the studio unit at all! The unit itself is dated and had no basic house supplies like trash bags. There are also ants in the apartments, so any food that was brought in was instantly swarm by ants. I would not recommend the listing. Please also keep in mind if you booked a villa , it’s 3km away from the apartment units. We had another family traveling with us , and they had to taxi over every morning to where we were at. Horrible property and experience.

Not a cool place, like being in a ghetto Disneyland, Please do not stay at this place or any place under the sunset moniker, everything is over priced even for vietnam standards. Def two thumbs down
