Natalie and staff were helpful and polite. Fire alarms in rooms went off a couple of days during our 4 night stay due to heating food in kitchen? Pool water was dark green? Doesnt give a good impression. Perhaps pool filtering not work or perhaps it’s supposed to be that way due to extreme heat? Put up a sign?We did not ask about it. While we know it was 111 degrees in Phoenix - should the pool be emptied? We walked by it every time we entered or exited the property. The items in the lobby store were 90% emptied. If you were looking for a snack there was not one. I did not ask if there was a supplier issue there. There was always ice water available by the cup in the lobby. The staff did their best. I selected the location because it was close to a relative we were visiting.

Overall the hotel needs an update and a good deep cleaning. There’s definitely a lingering cigarette smell in Building 2. The room was ok. Queen bed with a pullout sofa. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and oddly stained. Needless to say we didn’t sleep on it. The room had a small fridge, stove, clean dishes, and silverware. Grab and go breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Front office staff were friendly and cheerful.

First of all, top-notch, lovely staff. They are this hotel’s best asset. Aside from that, this is a property in which the pictures look much better than the actual property. Our room smelled like human urine. Normally, I would not deal with such a room, but we were extremely tired and needed to attempt to get a few hours of sleep. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a large cobweb in the room. Generally, everything in the room is very old and on the verge of falling apart. The breakfast was unsatisfying, had few offerings, and the area was generally dirty. This hotel deepened my appreciation for other hotels in which you can tell the corporation has more concern for their reputation.

Lovely check-in and check-out staff. Our room did not have towels, and the clerk hooked us right up! One of my daughters forgot her razor and the other forgot her toothbrush. No problems! The clerk happily supplied both. The breakfast was delicious, but the room was tiny. The location was convenient to mid-phoenix (we had to go to the airport the next day).

Excellent little stay

Went for the WNBA All Star weekend, and although we arrived later than expected, our stay was awesome. From the kitchen in our suite to the hot breakfast from the hotel, I recommend staying here if you’re up for making your own meals while on vacay. Also, BBQ station, snacks and drinks on site.

The room was good. It had a full kitchen and a nice seating area. Throughout the stay the TV showed, "Welcome Ramon," wgich would be nice, but that isn't my name. I also did request housekeeping which did not happen. However, despite those issues, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The poor rating isn’t for them. The breakfast buffet had so many options. The room we were in had a strong odor. The toilet room reeked of urine. It needs a deep cleaning and sanitation. We were staying there less than 12 hours so we just dealt with it.

Extremely welcoming staff. Long road trip and we showed up a day early. The staff member working the desk made it easy to get the room we had for a day early. The suite was perfect for my family. The issues I had were with the property/building and accessibility. The building has random and small upgrades but mostly way outdated. The bathroom exhaust fans were falling apart. AC unit is outdated and it's in Phoenix Arizona. Building is off of a one-way road with a freeway separating you from shopping. Nothing is within safe walking distance. Aside from those little things, the stay was pretty good.
