Love this property. One of a kind. Classy but authentically western. Room was awesome and super clean. Food was good. Not great. But their main restaurant was being remodeled. Think they would benefit from redesigning the pool area a bit but they haven’t. One just for adults. But the main pool feels cramped where they tried to jam in a slide setup. Four stars. My only real complaint. It could use a Starbucks type pickup shop for quick coffee and snacks.

Staff was truly outstanding makes me want to return. The exterior of some buildings need to be addressed. The food was fine, the outdoor adult pool was great and the staff made sure that only adults were allowed in. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

Property is beautiful, the room itself was beautiful and spacious. But the room was also not cleaned well and had a good sized number of small bugs crawling around the floor. When paying $300+ a night I don’t expect to see bugs crawling around the room. And to be clear the front desk agent at check in was amazing and extremely helpful. On the other hand the person from housekeeping was very nonchalant about the bug situation and so was the maintenance person. Extremely disappointing

The Wigwam is such a beautiful place and the staff all made me feel like a princess. Food is outstanding and support for our meeting was excellent. I’ve been there several times and noticed the property needs a little “fixing up” now, which hopefully can get done in the summer. I’ll go back again because it is a special place that honors the history of the Valley and the beauty of the desert.
