Didn’t feel like a corporate hotel, the design was warm cozy and modern. Staff was super friendly; we ordered room service from the restaurant and they delivered promptly. Food and drink was amazing! Bed soft and cozy and the soaps were boujee. Very much recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel Solaya! The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional service really made our experience special. The pool was beautiful and extremely well kept, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, which made getting around easy. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The location here is amazing; very walkable and convenient. However, the rooms and property left a lot to be desired. We were told the hotel has quiet hours, yet we were woken up both nights around 3am by very loud guests walking outside our door/in the hallways. Although I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, I wish they’d enforce the quiet hours a bit more as this noise really affected our stay. The lobby is beautiful, didn’t try the restaurant/bar but they looked very nice. The staff was also very kind; I believe Tierra checked us in and she was great! Overall, we loved the location, but wouldn’t stay here again due to the noisiness/ property layout (hallways, etc).

Property was pretty good. There were a few issues though. The air conditioner was quite loud. It woke us up every time it kicked in. The TV was locked out of the network at night, and housekeeping missed a couple of things when they set up the room. Despite this, it was a nice hotel. It was clean and well renovated. The staff were excellent. The location is great and it has pretty much everything you need if you want to stay in Old Town.

Great hotel, lived the patio attached to the room, pool area was great, poolside bar was a great addition. Loved all the outdoor spaces and the staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing that was kind of annoying was the slightly limited parking that was unfortunately another cost at check in that felt unnecessary.
